In many areas, people are applauding or making other kinds of noise at a coordinated time to show support and gratitude to healthcare (and sometimes other essential) workers. Examples are “Clap for Carers” in the UK, #CheerforHealthWorkers and “#TogetherWeCanDoIt” in Ontario, Canada.

To complete this BB, the minimum requirements are:

• Take part in at least one noise making session in support of healthcare and other essential workers.
